These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nestly platform. By accessing or using Nestly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1Platform Overview

Nestly is a technology platform that facilitates connections between families and independent service providers. Nestly does not provide childcare or other services directly.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.

3User Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4Providers

Providers using Nestly:

• Act as independent contractors

• Are solely responsible for services offered

• Must maintain appropriate licenses, certifications, and insurance

• Are responsible for compliance with applicable laws

• Nestly does not endorse or guarantee provider services.

5Bookings & Payments

• Payments are processed through third-party payment processors

• Nestly is not responsible for disputes between users and providers

• Refunds and cancellations are subject to platform policies

6Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

• Misrepresent information

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

• Interfere with platform operations or security

7Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology are owned by Nestly or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

8Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

9Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nestly disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nestly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
